Frequently Asked Questions
What usually decides it.
No. Nothing per booking and nothing per guest seated: you pay your plan's flat monthly fee and nothing else, however many people the platform puts at your tables. Commission applies only to what is paid online through us — menu orders and, if you switch them on, booking prepayments and event deposits. In those cases we process the payment, and the commission is separate from the monthly fee, which stays flat.
